TUITION/COSTUME PAYMENTS
The registration fee is $25 per student. Tuition payments are made September through June and are due the first class of every month. Balance amounts will be available at the front desk the week prior. A $10 fee will be added if tuition is paid after the first week of class. A $20 fee will be charged for any returned check; cash will only be accepted thereafter.
Costume deposits are due by October 15, November 15, and with your December tuition the first class of that month. Parents will be notified if any balances remain. All payments must be made before costumes can be ordered or brought home.
Please note that registration fees, tuition and costume payments are not refundable or exchangeable, even if a student withdraws from class. Costumes that have been paid in full prior to withdrawal will be released to the parent; however, any costumes not picked up within a week of arrival notification will become the property of Relevétions.
The recital will be held in June (date to be announced). Balances must be paid in order to buy recital tickets or to participate in the recital.
ATTENDANCE POLICY
Parents are asked to call the studio if their child is going to be absent from class or late. Attendance is very important for the development and progress of all students, especially those enrolled in group classes and as the recital nears.
Please note that no refunds will be given for missed sessions due to illness, injury, or other reasons, and excessive absences could result in being dismissed from the class. Students who have non-contagious illnesses or are injured should still come to class to observe the choreography (regular tuition rates apply).
Parents of children who decide to withdraw from class must inform the studio. Tuition/costume balances will accrue until such time and must be paid in full prior to withdrawal.
Students, please arrive for class on time, allowing enough time to change into dance attire and shoes.

Parents or adult relatives are invited to observe the last 10 minutes of their children's classes during the first week of October, December, February, and April only. Observation is not permitted at any other time.
